Currently, we are looking for a LinkedIn & Email Marketing Expert who can manage multi-account campaigns, drive high-quality B2B leads, and help scale our outreach programs both organically and strategically.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced LinkedIn Marketing & Email Campaign Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing multiple LinkedIn profiles. Additionally, you will connect with key decision-makers and execute high-performing outreach strategies. Moreover, the ideal candidate should be well-versed in both organic methods and Sales Navigator-based lead generation. Along with that, expertise in email marketing automation and compliance practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities

LinkedIn Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Create and manage multiple LinkedIn profiles and company pages for lead generation
  • Furthermore, identify and connect with decision-makers, CEOs, and senior professionals
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted outreach
  • In addition, build and maintain LinkedIn campaigns to generate high-quality leads
  • On a daily basis, handle engagement activities such as connection requests, messaging, follow-ups, and responses

Email Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns using Outlook Mail Merge and automation tools
  • Meanwhile, monitor campaign performance through tracking dashboards
  • Consequently, optimize campaigns to improve open rates, responses, and conversions

Compliance & Strategy

  • Ensure adherence to anti-spam regulations and email deliverability standards
  • At the same time, maintain sender reputation through proper domain warming and inbox placement strategies
  • Therefore, continuously analyze and refine outreach strategies for better performance

Collaboration

  • Work closely with management and sales teams
  • Ultimately, align marketing efforts with overall business goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing multiple LinkedIn IDs and company pages
  • Additionally, hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and organic outreach
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing tools, automation, and mail merge campaigns
  • Equally important, a solid understanding of email compliance, spam rules, and deliverability practices
  • Excellent written communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work from office (Noida location – full-time role)
  • Ideally, 2–5 years of experience in LinkedIn and email-based lead generation
