About the Role
TechBuddies IT is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our growing digital team. This role is ideal for someone who has a foundational understanding of email marketing and is eager to sharpen their skills by working on real-time campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and support business growth.

As an Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing email campaigns across multiple objectives—promotional outreach, newsletters, transactional emails, and lead-nurturing sequences. You’ll work closely with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure emails are engaging, on-brand, and performance-driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns.

  • Write compelling email content, subject lines, and calls-to-action (CTAs).

  • Manage and segment email databases to improve targeting and personalization.

  • Use email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights and A/B testing results.

  • Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices, anti-spam laws, and data privacy guidelines.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for design, content, and campaign alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in email marketing.

  • Strong written communication skills in English.

  • Experience with email automation, workflows, and campaign tools.

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Knowledge of audience segmentation, analytics, and reporting.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Experience in IT, SaaS, or digital marketing agencies.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.

  • Basic understanding of lead nurturing, funnels, and customer journeys.
